Memorable Moments:

All curses in this episode have been bleeped out by Declan after Walt says they should try to do a PG episode while the store is still open.

Q has recently purchased the Four Film collection of the Phantasm series.  He wonders why the Tall Man decided to go through so much trouble as dress as a woman, seduce a guy at a bar, lead him to the cemetery and have sex with him just to stab him to death.  Couldn’t he have killed him without all that effort?  Q believes if he lived in this world he might swear off sex entirely.  Is sex by deception considered rape ala the Tall Man’s trickery?

Walt and Bry remember rumors of a girl so high on Spanish Fly she impaled herself on a gearshift to scratch that itch.

Q is watching Crystal Lake memories and tells of the odd cuts the ratings board made them make to get an R rating.  Walt likens it to the Comics Code and how Fool Killer once cut a teenager in half and still got approved.  Bryan had to remove a scene in Vulgar of Brian O’Halloran being hit in the head with a bottle.

Walt says Declan is like his invisible angel he can write too and get advice.  He doesn’t want to meet him in real life for fear it would tarnish their relationship.  Q suggests Declan wear a bag on his head as to not spoil Walt’s imaginary version of him.

Walt plays clips of I Sell Comics where Ming and Mike discuss a possible season 4 of Comic Book Men.  Ming says since he was in a speedo in season 3 the only way he could up the ante is go Fully Monty.  Walt wonders why Ming is so starved for attention.

Q and Bry do not believe themselves to be celebrities.  Q wanted to sell Impractical Jokers to MTV because they were going to use their own cast and he could just collect a paycheck.  The other Tenderloins outvoted him.  During the first season while he was working both jobs Q was kept humble by the constant ball-busting of the firefighters.

Q believes that Walt’s daughters decades from now will cherish being able to watch and listen to their father on TV and on TESD.

XMAS 2013 episode has been a huge success despite the special guest.
