Memorable Moments:
TESD puts Christ back in Christmas by making it a Christian and bible centric holiday special.
Walt unveils his original plan for the Xmas pod was a 70s variety show. It did not pan out, but Walt plays the commissioned opening theme that he didn’t get to use
Walt reads his favorite bible passage of Elijah being mocked by youths for being bald and God sending bears to dismember the children. Walt relates this to when the teen girls jeered at him shouting “run Forrest run”.
The guys play a game where they must guess the Bible character that Walt thinks represents each of them. Gitem is Adam. Sunday Jeff is Moses. Ming assumes he is Jesus but is instead Pontius Pilate. Q is King Solomon despite not having the wisdom to guess correctly and Bry is Job for always having hardships.
Sunday Jeff sings a beautiful hymn and then speaks in Hebrew, perhaps giving a secret code.
Q and Bry force Gitem to state he thinks all Muslims are going to hell.
Walt brings in a game outlying several venial sins and the guys must confess whether or not they’ve committed it such as attending a wedding for a divorce’ before the death of the former spouse and working on a Sunday, much to the chagrin of Sunday Jeff. Preference to designer label clothes is also a venial sin along with excessive television watching, tough luck Ming and Bry.
Walt unveils Roll a Role!
Gitem, as an ordained minister, baptizes Ming.
